Sean Rezek

Rev. Sean Rezek and his wife Jennifer both grew up in Pensacola, FLorida, where they met in high school. They have lived and served many years within the bounds of Alabama, Florida and Georgia. Rev. Rezek first felt the call to ministry twenty two years ago. This led he, his wife and young son to Huntington College the following year, where he first began his ministry as a youth director, while attending Huntington college.

After serving in that capacity for two years he accepted his first appointment as a pulpit pastor and preacher in 1999. He admits that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing in that first year but was absolutely amazed to see how the Holy Spirit moved in that church and town and by the grace of God, his ministry began to flourish there.

He says his biggest take away from that experience was to always stay faithful to the scriptures, to love the people he was sent to serve and to rely on the Holy Spirit for direction and discernment.

Rev. Rezek is a graduate of Huntington College with a Bachelor of Arts, with emphasis in Christian Education. He’s also a graduate of Emory University’s, Candler School of Theology from which he holds a Masters of Divinity. He says He plans to begin my Doctoral work from Asbury Seminary, when the timing is right.
